Delivery Policy

Service Area

We deliver, service, and pick up heaters in Jackson Hole, Wilson, Teton Village, Victor, Driggs, Tetonia, and Alta. Delivery and pickup within this area are included in the rates on this site. Sites farther out are quoted per job, and we will confirm any delivery charge before you book.

Scheduling

When we confirm your booking we agree on a delivery day and a window. Day-rate and 15-day rentals are scheduled as availability allows; Winter Plan customers get their delivery date set at booking. Call us if your schedule shifts; we can usually move a delivery with a day’s notice.

What We Need on Site

• A reachable, plowed access for a truck and trailer, and a level spot to set a 430 lb heater.
• Fuel: a propane supply or natural gas connection sized for a 380,000 BTU appliance, with your tank in place before we arrive.
• Power: a working 120-volt, 15-amp outlet within reach of the heater’s cord.
• Someone on site who will be running the heater, so we can walk them through setup, venting, and the reset light.

At Delivery

We place the heater, connect the supplied hose, regulators, duct, and thermostat, fire it, and confirm it runs. We note the condition of the equipment and the accessories delivered. If the site is not ready (no fuel, no power, no access), we will do what we can and may need to return, which is billed as a service call.

During the Rental

Winter Plan customers get on-site maintenance for the season; call anytime a unit is down. Day-rate and monthly customers call us for any problem. A faulty heater is swapped free of charge.

Pickup

Call to schedule pickup when your job is done. Rental time runs until we collect the equipment. Have the heater accessible, shut down, and the accessories gathered. Missing hoses, regulators, ducts, or thermostat cords are billed at replacement cost.

Weather

Teton winters can close roads. If conditions keep us from a scheduled delivery or pickup we will reschedule for the first safe day and will not charge you for the delay.
